The biggest way you can support us, is to become a member of the PTA.
We’ve streamlined our membership form & committee sign up list.

Dear Parents and Teachers,
From all of us at the PTA, we want to welcome everyone back to school! We are already working on collecting memories for the Oak Tree/Applegarth 2022-2023 yearbook. If you purchase your yearbook during the month of September, you will receive a 10% discount! Additionally, TreeRing has given us a promotional discount (this year only) reducing our price to only $35 (including tax and ship to home).
Our book is hardcover, full color, and 160+ pages (including 2 free custom pages). Some highlights about the yearbook are:
2022-2023 Theme: This Year was "Out of this World"
Custom Pages: Every student gets a one-of-a-kind printed copy of the yearbook, containing two free pages that can be customized with personal photos (printed only in their book). Boosters will also be available for purchase and now will be customizable with pictures, fonts, and more!
Uploading Pictures: TreeRing allows parents and teachers to upload pictures for the yearbook. See the attached folders where you can upload your own pictures to be considered for the yearbook. You can start uploading as soon as school begins!
Buy a Book, Plant a Tree: TreeRing plants a tree in our schools' names for every book we purchase. (And here’s a bonus: They print on recycled paper.) Last year our orders prompting the planting of more than 499 trees!

Please be careful to order the 2022-2023 yearbook, as past year's books are available for purchase.
Follow the directions on the attached flyer to order your book (you can customize it later!).
We’re looking forward to a year full of great memories - and capturing them in the yearbook! If you have trouble, you can contact TreeRing at email@example.com or 877-755-8733, or contact me directly.
Thank you for your support,
